Solution To Makeup Smudging in Hot Weather

In hot, humid weather and climates, some may find their makeup smudging and slipping off however this can be prevented by using the right products beforehand.

Long Lasting Formula

Formulas such as these will keep your makeup from smudging as they are meant to last on your skin for longer. Most products on the market have long wearing equivalents and they are not necessarily more expensive than the usual product formulas. Powder

Placing a powder on top of a cream based product will set your makeup and keep it in place. If you are wearing eyeliner set it with a powder in the same shade as this will make it weather and smudge proof. Also foundation should always be set with a powder, a translucent powder will add no extra coverage or colour but will make sure your makeup doesn’t slide around your skin.

Oil Free Formula

For face products, using oil free formulas will ensure that no extra oil is created, if your face gets oily your makeup it more likely to smudge. Mattifying Products
